How do I get my files?

These are instant digital downloads. As soon as your payment is complete you receive a download link for your files. Downloads are unlimited, so you can come back to your files whenever you need them.

What files and sizes do I get?

Each print comes in 5 ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO A-series and 11x14). Every ratio is a high-resolution PNG and JPG at 300 DPI, and there is also 1 PDF with one page per ratio at true print size, plus a short how-to-print guide. The exact list is under “What is included” in the description above.

Can I print it at home or at a print shop?

Either. Print at home or take the files to any print shop. The larger files scale down to smaller standard sizes, for example the 2:3 file (24x36 in) scales down to 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24 and 20x30.

Will anything be shipped, and is a frame included?

No. Nothing is shipped and no frame is included. The frames in the mockup photos are for illustration only.

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

Colours can vary slightly between screens and printers, so a small difference from the preview is normal.

How may I use the files?

For personal use and gifts you print yourself. Please do not resell, share or re-upload the files. The artwork is original work by Sketch X Studio Ltd.

Can I get a refund?

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund in full, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
