How do I send my photo?

Upload your photo on this page, or email it to info@sketchxstudioltd.com after ordering. Please include everything you would like in the artwork, such as names, background, size and number of subjects.

Is it really hand-drawn?

Yes. Every pencil sketch is drawn 100% by hand on paper by our artists from your own photo, and we never use AI. It is an original drawing, not a print.

How long does it take, and what does shipping cost?

Your artwork is drawn in 3–5 days, then shipped with FREE worldwide shipping, which takes 7–14 days. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed, and we email tracking details when your order ships. Please enter a complete shipping address at checkout, as we cannot dispatch until we have it. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility unless stated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.

Will I see it before it ships, and can I ask for changes?

Yes. When the artwork is finished we email you a preview before it ships. You can request changes at the preview stage, before you approve it. Once you approve the preview the artwork is final and we cannot make changes after approval.

What sizes can I choose, and how many subjects?

Choose your size on this page, from A4 up to 30×40, together with the number of subjects. This design offers 1–4 subjects, depending on the size. The selector shows which combinations are available and the price updates with your choice. Your artwork ships rolled in a protective tube, and a frame is not included.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship physical artwork worldwide, and shipping is free to every country we deliver to, with no shipping charge at checkout. This product is available worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, EU, Australia, UAE, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Japan and South Korea.

Can I cancel, return or get a refund?

You can cancel for a full refund by emailing info@sketchxstudioltd.com with your order number before your artist starts drawing. Custom artwork that has been started cannot be cancelled and is not refundable, and because every piece is made to order we do not accept returns. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging and we will open a claim with the carrier. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
