How do I send my photo?

Upload your photo on this page, or email it to info@sketchxstudioltd.com after ordering. Please include everything you would like in the portrait, such as names, background and number of subjects.

How long does it take, and where is it delivered?

Your digital portrait is delivered by email within 6 hours, to the email address you used at checkout.

What will I receive?

A finished digital portrait, delivered by email and ready to print, frame or share. It is a digital file only and no physical item is shipped.

Is it drawn by a person or by AI?

Every digital portrait is drawn by hand by a human illustrator on a tablet from your photo. We never use AI (see our Refund Policy).

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. We email you a preview when the artwork is finished, and you can request changes at the preview stage, before you approve it. Once you approve the preview the artwork is final and we cannot make changes after approval.

Can I get a refund or cancel?

You can cancel for a full refund by emailing info@sketchxstudioltd.com with your order number before your artist starts drawing. Custom artwork that has been started cannot be cancelled and is not refundable, and once you approve the preview the artwork is final. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund in full. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I print or share my portrait?

Yes, it is made to be printed, framed or shared. For any commercial use please ask us first at info@sketchxstudioltd.com, as our Legal Notice requires written permission.
