Plan C — Standard ($249) – Most Popular: Custom 3D reveal with professional lighting, camera movement and sound effects, 8 seconds, Full HD 1080p, MP4, 3 revisions, delivery in 4–6 days.
Plan B — Advance ($499): 2 custom concepts, cinematic 3D animation, up to 12 seconds, Ultra HD 4K, transparent-background version, MP4 & MOV, 4 revisions, delivery in 7–10 days.
Plan A — Premium ($899): 3 custom concepts, custom 3D modeling, particle & motion effects, sound design, 15–20 seconds, 4K, intro & outro versions, landscape/square/vertical formats, MP4, MOV & editable project files, 6 revisions, delivery in 10–14 days.

How will I receive my order?

Physical artwork is made to order. It is drawn in 3–5 days and then shipped with free worldwide shipping in 7–14 days, and we email tracking details when it ships. Digital products are not shipped; they are delivered by email to the address given at checkout, within 12 hours of your order according to our Shipping Policy.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping is free on all physical artwork, to every country we deliver to, with no shipping charges at checkout. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Can I send my own photo?

Where an item is made from your photo, upload it on the product page, or email it to info@sketchxstudioltd.com after ordering, together with any details you would like included.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Custom artwork can be cancelled for a full refund before your artist starts drawing. Once drawing has started it cannot be cancelled and is not refundable, and we do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund in full.
